User Persona’s Structure
A user persona (also known as persona, customer persona or buyer persona) in design thinking is a fictional character created to represent a user type that might use a site, brand or product in a similar way.
Personas are useful in considering the goals, desires, and limitations of brand buyers and users in order to make guidance for decisions about a service, product or interaction space such as features, interactions, and visual design of a website. When used together with market segmentation, (which will be introduced in the following videos), user persona will help you have a closer look at your customers' circumstances and understand their thoughts and feelings.
