UX is one of those fields that is viewed as essential to digital product development, but is still mysterious to many due to its relative newness and continually evolving definition.

The press is labelling this coming decade as “the decade of design” because of the increasing digitization of products and services and the need to make them usable and user-centric.
UX design is not just a fascinating field to get into, it’s simply good business.
